You Are Worth the Investment
I know that it can be so hard to set aside time to spend with yourself or to spend money on services that will benefit you. Investing in yourself through mental health services is one of the most valuable and transformative decisions you can make.
Your well-being and mental health are very important, and seeking therapy is an empowering choice that demonstrates self-compassion and a commitment to personal growth. Therapy provides a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts, feelings, experiences, and allowing you to gain valuable insights into your inner world.
Through this process, you can develop healthier coping strategies, better understand your patterns and behaviors, and cultivate a more positive relationship with yourself and others. Therapy equips you with the tools to navigate life's challenges, build resilience, and improve your overall emotional and psychological well-being.

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. You will receive a copy of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
Insurance Accepted
We also accept Out-of-Network insurance. AÂ superbill can be provided to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. A superbill provides specific, detailed information about the services provided to you, including a diagnosis. Since coverage varies from policy to policy, there is no guarantee that my services will be reimbursed in full or in partial by your insurance company. You will need to contact your health insurance company about out of network benefits.
Here are some reasons you may not want to use your health insurance:

Clients that pay out of pocket have the benefit of privacy that health insurance companies do not allow.
Confidentiality may be compromised when using health insurance to pay for therapy because it requires me to share your mental health information.
Health insurance companies may limit the number of therapy sessions you can have.
