Young Adults & Adults

As we grow into adulthood we can carry a lot of "baggage" from past and current life experiences. If we do not resolve our past issues it can manifest in many aspect of our lives. This "baggage" can show up as depression, anxiety, unresolved trauma, relationship issues, mood changes and substance use.

Beginning therapy as an adult can help you foster an understanding of how you make sense of the world and how the world affects your behaviors and even your thinking patterns. In therapy, you will be able to learn coping skills, gain insight, and process your life experiences. Therapy will start to feel rewarding once you start to Bloom and cultivate a new self once all of the dead skin melts away. Flourish when all of the techniques and self-realizations are applied to your real life and, then you Slay with your new found confidence and start to glow from within.
